Kávovo-čokoládová plnka
150 ml káva čierna silná
150 - 200 g cukor práškový
200 g čokoláda
250 - 300 g Maslo(hera)
Kávu precedíme do hrnca a pridáme preosiaty cukor.
Pridáme nalámanu čokoládu necháme rozpustiť a potom uplne vychladnúť.
Vychladnutu prelejeme do nádoby v ktorej budeme šľahať a po troške prišľahávame heru(maslo).
Maslo pridávame podľa potreby ale minimálne 250 g.
