Nicely Crispy,spicy and with all the garlic you don't need to be worried about getting flu.
Ingredients:
500 g Chicken Breast
2 Eggs
Flour
Oil
3 Peppers
6-8 Garlic Cloves
2-3 Chilli Peppers
500 ml Tomato sauce
Soya Sauce
Method:
Cut chicken brest into pieces.
Cover them in egg wash and then flour.
Cut peppers and garlic into slices.
Fry up chicken and than add peppers.
Cook untill peppers will go half soft.
Fry up chilli peppers with garlic in the pan.
Add soya and tomato sauce.
