Prívarok z kyslej kapusty
Potrebujeme:
kysla kapusta
Maslo
cibuľa
rasca červena paprika
voda
muka
Mlieko
Postup:
Kyslú kapustu si dáme variť do vody trocha ju ale predkrájame.
Maslo si rozohrejeme a pridáme nadrobno nakrájanú cibuľu.
Pridáme rascu a papriku.
Zalejeme vývarom z kapusty.
V studenej vode si rozrobíme múku.
Prilejeme.
Pridáme kapustu a miešame až do zhustnutia.
Prilejeme mlieko. a ešte rascu podľa chuti
Na záver trocha medu.
Podávame s fašírkami.
