Výborný recept:
Našla som na vareche.

Na jeden pohár potrbujeme:
2 ks citrón
115 g maslo
200 g cukor kryštál
2 ks vajcia
Postup:
Do vacsieho hrnca s vriacou vodou dame mensi hrniec (au bain marie hrniec nemam, tak to robim takto). Do mensieho hrnca dame maslo a cukor (ja som pouzila jemny krystalovy). Nechame maslo roztopit.
Medzitym postruhame korku z citronov a vytlacime stavu.
Toto pridame k cukru s roztopenym maslom a dobre premiesame.
V miske rozslahame vajicka. Ked je cukor v hrnci uz nacisto rozpusteny, opatrne, pomaly a za staleho miesanie prilievame vajicka do cukrovej
hmoty.
Miesala som 15 minut. Pouzila som metlicku. Treba ozaj dobre a stale miesat, aby sa nam nespravila prazenica.
Lemon curd je hotovy, ak nezteka z lyzice.
A ak mate nahodou cukrarensky teplomer, tak by to malo mat teplotu 71 stupnov celzia.
Dame to do cisteho pohara a uzavrieme.
Z tohto mnozstva mi vyslo do jedneho pohara, asi 350ml.
V chladnicke vydrzi 1-2 tyzdne.
Podla toho, ake cerstve boli vajicka, maslo. V niektorych receptoch sa uvadza, ze vydrzi este dlhsie.
Lemon curd sa pouziva na plnenie tort, do kremov.
Jeho kyselkava chut je velmi prijemna.
Mozeme pridat aj do bieleho jogurtu, na toasty
Receptov je vela.

Lemon curd
Kitchen, a place for my imagination, a place where I refill my energy and feel free. I started to cook at very young age, at first I cooked recipes traditional for my beloved Slovakia and trying recipes from countries I have visited, cooking with my Mammy and Family and few years later I end up creating my own recipes and became to love cooking more and more, I realised that there is nothing better than creating your own taste and seeing the enthusiasm of the flavors on the tasters:-)
