Výborne,chutné a pre mňa plné spomienok.
Potrebujeme:
250 g polohrubej múky
20 g maslo
1 žltok
soľ
Kyslé mlieko podľa potreby
Postup:
Zo všetkých surovín vypracujeme vláčne cesto(ktoré sa dá vaľkať).
Necháme pol hodinu postáť.
Rozvaľkáme(na hrubšie) a vykrajujeme kosoštvorce do ktorých vyrežeme čiarku ktorú prehneme rohom cez ňu.
Vyprážame v horúcom oleji pár minút.
Po vybratí ihneď obaľujeme v cukre.

Kitchen, a place for my imagination, a place where I refill my energy and feel free.
