Snickers
Potrebujeme:
Plech 20 x30 vystlaný alobalom.
700 g čokoláda
60 g maslo
1 hrnček cukor
1/3šálky kandizovaného mlieka
300 g penových cukríkov
1/3-1/2 šálky arašidového masla
400 g krowky
400 g arašídov
Príprava:
Rozpustíme 300 g čokolády a vylejeme ju na plech uhladíme, vložíme do chladničky a necháme stuhnúť.
.
Rozpustíme marshmallows s trochou vody vo vodnom kúpeli.
V hrnci rozpustíme cukor na karamel a pridáme maslo.
Keď sa hmota scelí prilejeme salko.Uvaríme hustú kašu bez hrčiek.
Kašu varíme tak 4 minúty na malom plameni kým neztmavne.
Potom odstavíme a vmiešame arašidové maslo a marshmallows hmotu.
Všetko poriadne premiešame a navrstvíme na čokoládu.
Dáme do chladničky.
Karamelové cukríky so 4 lyžicami vody dáme do misky a na 2 minúty dáme do mikrovlnky.
Cukríky musia byť homogénne.
Potom k nej pridáme arašidy a premiešame.
Necháme v chladničke stuhnúť.
Po stuhnutí nakrájame na tyčinky.
Namáčame v roztopenej čokoláde.Necháme na rošte odkvapkať a zatvrdnúť.
V uzavretej nádobe vydržia vyše týždňa.
