Potrebujeme:
Cesnak 1 s
Struhanka1 lyžica
bazalka
soľ
biele korenie mleté
olivový olej 2 lyžice
Roztlačíme si strúčik cesnaku.
Pripravíme si zmes cesnaku,strúhanky,bazalky,soli,korenia a olivového oleja.
Kalamári vyčistené si dobre umyjeme vo vode a jemne potrieme strúhankovou zmesou zájdeme aj dnu.
Grilujeme z každej strany 5 minút.
Podávala som so zelenou cibuľkou na olivovom oleji a cesnaku.
Postup:
Cesnak si očistíme a nakrájame na plátky opražíme na olivovom oleji.
Pridáme zelenú fazuľku a opražíme.
A zelerovými hranolkami.
Klasika ako zemiakové len zo zeleru.

Grilované kalamáre
Kitchen, a place for my imagination, a place where I refill my energy and feel free. I started to cook at very young age, at first I cooked recipes traditional for my beloved Slovakia and trying recipes from countries I have visited, cooking with my Mammy and Family and few years later I end up creating my own recipes and became to love cooking more and more, I realised that there is nothing better than creating your own taste and seeing the enthusiasm of the flavors on the tasters:-)
