Profiiteroles
Potrebujeme:
125 ml mlieko
200 ml voda
100 g maslo
150 g múka hladká špeciál
štipka soľ
1 PL cukor
1/2 čl prášok do pečiva
4 ks vajcia
Nápln :
Šľahačka rastlinná
vanilkový cukor
Postup:
Mlieko ,vodu,maslo,sol,cukor zohrejeme a pridame muku s prdopečom -chvilu odpalujeme.
Nechame vychladnut a vmiešame postupne po jednom vajička.
Na pečiaci papier kladieme lyžicou kôpky a upečieme vo vyhriatej rure na 220 st asi 20-25 minut do zlata.Po vychladnuti naplnime vyšľahanou šľahačkou.
Ozdobíme karamelom.
