Špagety s tekvicovou omáčkou
Potrebujeme:
1 menšia tekvica
cestoviny
6 strúčikov cesnaku,
petržlenová vňať,
maslo/olivový olej
3 dcl sladkej smotany,
strúhaný parmezán,
soľ,
mleté biele korenie
Postup:
Uvarte cestoviny podľa návodu.
Kým sa varia na panvici rozpustite maslo alebo olej.
Opečte na ňom najprv zľahka cesnak, tak pridajte nastrúhanú tekvicu.
Osoľte a okoreňte a chvíľku povarte.
Prilejte sladkú smotanu, nechajte prejsť varom.
Pridáme parmezán a vnať a zmiešame.
Podľa toho aku hustu ju chceme môžme priliať mlieko.
Cestoviny zmiešajte s omáčkou, posypte parmezánom a podávajte.
