Vyprážané kalamáre
Potrebujeme:
1/2 kg svieže (rozmrazené) Kalmáre
1/2 šálky múka hladka
1/2 šálky majzena/ kukuričný škrob
1/4 lyžičky kukuričná múka
podla chuti chilli
1/4 lyžičky sol
Na vyprazanie:
olej
Omáčka:
Tatárka omáčka
Cesnak
Postup:
Kalamáre si pokrájame na krúžky asi tak do 1cm hrúbky.
Osušíme.
Do veľkého plastikového sáčku si nasypeme suche prisady (múku, kukuričnu múku, kukuričný škrob), všetko dobre premixujeme a pridame nakrajane na krúžky Kalamáre.
Snažime sa, aby sa všetky dobre obalilo a tak ich môžeme troška aj pritlačit.
Potom si ich dáme na sitko a preosejeme, aby sme dali preč prebytočnú múku a tato nešla do oleja.
Vypražame v hrnci tak, aby sa navzajom nedotykali, kým nebudu peknej zlatej farby, stači tak 1 minútu.
