Vyprážaný encián s brusnicovou omáčkou
Potrebujeme:
Encián
muka polohrubá
strúhanka
vajíčko
soľ
tabasco
Omáčka:
100 g brusníc
2 polievkové lyžice vody
1 polievková lyžica hladkej múky
1 polievková lyžica červeného vína
1 polievková lyžica citrónovej šťavy
štipka soli
1 čajová lyžička kryštálový cukor
jogurt biely
Postup:
Encián klasicky obalíme v trojobale a vypražíme dozlatista z oboch strán.
Omáčka:
Brusnice rozmixujeme a zmiešame s ostatnými surovinami.
Za stáleho miešania privedieme nad parou k varu a varíme asi 3 – 5 minút.
Prikryjeme a odstavíme. Necháme vychladnúť.
Zmiešame s jogurtom.
