Špenátové palacinky
Výborné a zdravé!:)
Potrebujeme:
Mlieko 300 ml
Múka celozrnná 250 g
2 vajíčka
špenát cca 300 g
soľ
čierne mleté korenie
sladká paprika/chilli
Maslo
Náplň:
Cottage cheese
Tofu údene
rôzne šunky a pod.
Postup:
Pripravíme si klasické palacinkové cesto to je teda že si v mlieku rozmiešame vajíčka do toho pridáme múku so soľou a čiernym korením.
Pridáme nasekaný špenát(mrazený). a všetko dobre premiešame.
Nakoniec dochutíme chilli alebo paprikou.
Opekáme na masle.
Potom už iba naplníme ľubovoľnou plnkou a podávame.
