Grilovaný losos na masle s cviklovou kašou
Potrebujeme:
Filety z lososa (podľa stravníkov)
Maslo(ja som mala slané ak nemáte pridáte soľ)
Cvikla 3 kusy
Zemiaky 3 kusy
Maslo
soľ
Postup:
Na grile alebo grilovacej panvici si rozpustíme maslo a z každej strany aspoň 3-4 minúty opečieme lososa.
Cviklu a zemiaky pokrájame na rovnaké kocky a dáme variť, po zovretí varíme, kým cvikla nezmäkne.
Na záver zmes popučíme a dochutíme soľou.
Cviklu môžme rozmixovať a zmiešať s popučenými zemiakmi zemiaky nemixujeme! zgumovateli by.
Servírujeme lososa položeného na kaši.
