Španielska studená polievka:-*
9-10 ks paradajky
1 ks uhorka šalátová
3 krajce chlieb tmavý
2 strúčiky cesnak
5 PL olej olivový
soľ
korenie čierne mleté
čili
bazalka čerstvá
Paradajky prudko sparíme a necháme vychladnúť.
Medzitým si ošúpeme uhorku, nakrájame na kocky, ošúpeme paradajky, nakrájame na kocky.
Pridáme chlebík preliaty olivovým olejom, listy z čerstvej bazalky. Pridáme cesnak, čili, soľ, korenie a všetko rozmixujeme.
Necháme vychladnúť a môžme podávať s toastom opečeným nasucho. Ozdobíme čerstvou bazalkou.

Gazpacho
Kitchen, a place for my imagination, a place where I refill my energy and feel free. I started to cook at very young age, at first I cooked recipes traditional for my beloved Slovakia and trying recipes from countries I have visited, cooking with my Mammy and Family and few years later I end up creating my own recipes and became to love cooking more and more, I realised that there is nothing better than creating your own taste and seeing the enthusiasm of the flavors on the tasters:-)
