Šafránový losos s citónom
Nič nieje lepší pocit ako byť opäť v kuchyni (už v novej kuchyni v novom domove v Irsku)..:)
Potrebujeme:
Losos s kožou
Citrón
Maslo
Soľ
Zemiaky
Rasca
Zapekaciu nadobu si vymastíme maslom.
Vložíme lososa a pokvapkáme citronovou šťavou.
Dáme na cca 15 minút zapiecť.
Vyberieme a na lososa poukladáme kúsky citróna a vložíme späť do rúry.
Pečieme dalších 15 minút:)
Baby zemiaky si narežeme na štvrtiny alebo polovičky pridáme maslo trocha posolíme a posypeme rascou.
Pečieme 45.50 minút pri 180 až 200 stupnov.
